I actually bought 5 Pensotti Wall Panel Radiators, 3 of the 20" x 24" and two of these 20" X 48" units. They are replacing hot water baseboard heaters in a basement apartment. These heaters are stylish, extremely efficient and are priced very nicely. Installation was a snap using the included hardware, HOWEVER, I highly recommend purchasing an extra set of brackets for the 20" x 48" heater due to its weight. Envision the air flow between where the air will eventually come in and where it will be exhausted once you install the ductwork. This was my first mini-split installation, and it was time consuming but easy. The system is very quiet while running, easily have a conversation standing next to it and I can't hear it standing around the corner of the building, 10' away. The installation is on a semi-secluded lake cottage with only nature for ambient noise, it is that quiet. Our Goodman has been very quiet and lowered our heating costs. Very happy with the friendly customer service I received when dealing with eComfort! We took their advice and installed the Ecobee thermostat, very nice wi-fi functionality there.
