Have used Runtal UF series before and the quality is excellent. Now if they could sneak more BTUs per foot.

Service great, Delivery on time, Unit came in DOA with bad pressure switch. Factory would not replace switch they said call where you purchased it EComfort. I did they wanted me to fill out all kinds of forms, Leave a credit card, until part was returned. Not worth the hassle I Just replaced pressure switch.

I just want to say I bought these two units from eComfort they made it so easy to purchase, fast shipping and they work great thank you. I would recommend them to anybody and I will purchase from these people again.

The unit is what I ordered, arrived on time slight shipping damage to the metal grill down low on the condenser unit although it didn't hit the coil I will straiten the metal because were I am installing the unit it will not be noticed. Thanks for the great service. Tom
