I elected to install the unit myself. I have decent construction skills and did a lot of reading before hand. The unit came complete and had good directions. I had power to my pool pump near where I planned to install the condenser and did have to go one size larger on the wire to support both units but that was not a problem. Warmwire Heated Floor May 28, 2016

I installed a WarmWire heated floor in a 6'x8' coat room that had no other source of heat. It is on a concrete slab with 2 outside walls and a wall to an unheated attached garage. I glued 2 6mm thick sheets of Cerazorb synthetic cork directly on the concrete. It was super easy to lay the wire on top on the cork using the metal clip system provided. Triangle Tank Leaks Water Apr 20, 2016

Installed a $20,000 under floor heating system. Then the hot water tank leaks, and trying to get warranty service is impossible. I'm buying a new tank for cash, taking out the old tank and then trying to get a replacement under warranty as a spare. Don't install their system.

Pump Problem Jul 27, 2016

Work good for a week and half, then burner shut down would not restart caller eComfort and Beckett for help then caller technician he founded out the electric valve in the pump was stuck in one position he got it freed but said needed a new one. and one of the screws stripped in the pump. All of the oil was clean and filter was new before starting the burner. I was charged $226.00 for this. Can I get some help on a new pump. Thank You

Unfortunately, it took too long to receive my furnace. I guess I didn't understand the delivery/shipment process. However, the furnace is working well and I am thankful for that.
