Friends recommended the Mitsubishi split system for a 350 SF addition to my business. All I could think about were the wall units used in motel rooms! But when I checked out a unit in operation, I was immediately impressed. It is clean, quiet, and uses significantly less electricity than I expected. I'm very pleased with how easy the installation was and the domestic hot water is fast and plentiful. I am amazed as to how quick the boiler heats and circulates the water through the system, I am curious to see how efficient it will be come winter.

I have owned this same 400k btu unit for 8 years and it is the best purchase that I have ever made. It is used in a commercial setting and has never had a problem or service call. Reznor quality is second to none and definitely worth the extra cost.
