Gas Hot Water - Very Inexpensive To Run Nov 27, 2016

Bought my tank less gas water heater as I was just getting and switching to gas and my electric was 23 years old. Gas was not here until a month and a half later. I am up, running and took a very very long hot shower. Nice to never be able to run out. I ran the sink, kitchen sink, shower and it had no problem keeping up. Now comes the $350 dollar rebate from my gas supplier and a $300.00 tax credit from the Feds. That is very nice when Comfort.com sells this at almost half of list. It... more

Received the unit in good condition and had it installed same week. The unit works great, little noise and makes me sleep comfortable down under in Southern Texas were the days and nights are hot. Thanks for the great unit.

Would have rated this system 5 stars across the board, but the equipment manuals were poorly written. Equipment: Impressed with the quality of manufacturing, and the quietness of both outdoor and indoor units. Manuals: 1. Outdoor unit manual was acceptable, but lacked some clarity for installation options. 2. Indoor unit manual was terrible. Instructions to open the unit for installation access were incorrect. Replacement Boiler Sep 15, 2016

I had to buy a boiler to replace one leaking ,putting pilot out..i like the electronic ignition, but seems to be more to go wrong...replace boards $100...standing pilot ,no problems..except leaks in boiler...ill fire warranty claim later...6 year old boiler......i like quality of weil mcclain....we will see about warranty...ps installer now has parkinsons, and will not/can't cooperate......
